Sure, it was quick to get assigned a therapist but the quality of therapy was awful. My first therapist cancelled on me often. One time she went on vacation for weeks and didn’t tell me, I thought she ghosted me. She would often get my name wrong and misspell it. When I asked her for tools to cope with panic attacks / how to recognize my triggers, she would tell me I need to figure it out on my own because she’s not here to tell me all the answers.
