I rented with them for 2 years. Lucy and Dee were great landlords! I got my whole deposit back! I moved out early and they even arranged with the new tenants to move in early so I actually got more than my security deposit back. I would highly recommend renting through them.
I'm not sure why my landlords have low reviews on here - my experience has been wonderful. It sounds like one reviewer was mad because he didn't pass the application process! It is true that they are very thorough in background checking their tenants, but that makes me feel safe. They protect the safety of their tenants and don't give out address info to prospective tenants before a thorough application process is passed. Yes if I could I would not give these people even one star. They don't deserve anybody's time or money they discriminate against you for some very Petty things my suggestion to all who see this do not go through landlord Management Services. I was trying to get my grandmother whose disabled an apartment for herself but they first needed someone else's employment history because she had none because she's disabled and then they denied me being a cosigner all because of a infraction 10 years ago!
