Google needs to add a 0 star option - absolutely horrible. Deliberately went to find faults with the vehicle and quoted a price more than double what it would cost to get fixed elsewhere. Fought tooth and nail that the less than 1 year old car was not covered by warranty. Genuinely astonished at how terrible my experience was.
I had a fantastic experience buying my new 2025 Volkswagen Taos SEL at Montpelier Volkswagen, thanks to David Rapoza. David was knowledgeable, patient, and listened to what I was looking for. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, explained EVERY feature clearly, and never made me feel pressured. David's attention to detail, and genuine care, made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend asking for David and buying a Volkswagen! I could not be happier with my new Taos!
Find real service elsewhere In 2024, we bought a 2022 VW Taos with about 20,000 miles that had previously been leased and serviced by this dealer, at the older location. A couple of months later, the coolant warning light came on and the coolant level had dropped noticeably — something normal temperature changes couldn’t explain.
