My sales consultant Kris was awesome! He was very thorough and knowledgeable about not only the vehicle I bought (2026 Tiguan) but an Audi that I also considered. The GM Jason was equally incredible and their entire team worked with me on a deal that I feel good about. This is my first VW but based on this experience, it won’t be my last.
Responsive, but nickel-and-dimed me. I inquired about a needed repair; they told me they couldn't give an estimate over the phone but could give me an estimate in person. I brought it in for the estimate, and was surprised to find that they had charged a hefty fee just to tell me how much they would charge for the repair. Left such a bad taste in my mouth that I'll be going elsewhere for this repair and future services.
Great people great technicians easy to get ahold of and quality repairs! Highly recommend, I drive over an hour to have my service done with them. Worth the drive.
