Google needs to add a 0 star option - absolutely horrible. Deliberately went to find faults with the vehicle and quoted a price more than double what it would cost to get fixed elsewhere. Fought tooth and nail that the less than 1 year old car was not covered by warranty. Genuinely astonished at how terrible my experience was.

He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, explained EVERY feature clearly, and never made me feel pressured.
