went to Montpelier Mazda (VW and Mazda in 1 dealership). brand new modern bldg. very nice and comfortable . had a checkup done on our car and they provided us w a shuttle to go to a nearby diner and also sent us a video of the undercarriage assessment by the mechanic which was informative. friendly staff and knowledgeable. it was worth the drive for us.
While driving from Burlington, Vermont to Rockland, Maine we hit a pothole as we left Montpelier and had a rapid drop on tire pressure. I remembered we had just passed Montpelier VW and turned around and limped back, arriving with 8 psi remaining. Ray Chaloux in service told us, “No problem, we can help you right now.” In the course of our conversation I mentioned we were headed to my Father’s 98 birthday.
