Very patient and Does their best to help .
They are very unprofessional! The front desk staff is sloppy and does not understand how to handle referrals, which makes the patients suffer! When you give them feedback, they never look at their own problems and always say that it is your own problem! How ironic! Every time I see a doctor, the doctor is always late, often more than an hour late, there is often no staff at the front desk, the clinic is very dirty, and there is dust everywhere! I hope everyone will not choose this clinic to avoid delaying yourself!
About to switch from this place! They don’t want to help you at all. You have to beg for them to work with your insurance when it comes to getting PA done. I have to call multiple times just to see results and you have to pay for a dr visit just for them to want to do any paperwork. This is why I switched before and about to again!
Do not recommend!! Do I have to even give 1 star??!!?? Don't return calls for test results as patients sit ILL. Don't open on time w/out giving patients a call while I take off work to come for my visit. Phone doesn't get answered, or when it does and directs you to call Horsepen location, the number is out of service. Dirty office, in need of repair.
