Mr. Montoya assessed the damage due to aging and normal environment stress (sun and rain), gave me a reasonable quote, and kept me informed during progress. While the whole job took some time due to the color-matching issue (our home is about 20 years old, and the color was difficult to order), the result was absolutely worth the wait. Very reliable and excellent work! Had Juan build a 10 x 8 shed for me. Absolutely love his work and will definitely have him build my porch. Prices are very reasonable! I would highly recommend Montoya roof conversions!
Juan and his crew did an excellent job replacing my tar and gravel roof with a TPO covering. They worked incredibly hard over a weekend and knocked the job out in only two days. The price was very fair and he even gave us a little gift at the end! I’m so happy I don’t have to worry about my leaky roof anymore! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Juan was great to work with. He and his crew built an excellent 8x12 shed on time and with high quality workmanship. They were organized and efficient and we're looking forward to completing future projects with him. Thank you!
