My House was in very bad shape from a previous tenant. I originally planned to sell the house. Rodolfo took care of all the repair (including new carpet and fixing of the roof). we received a couple low offers and Rodolfo suggested to rent the house in the meantime. Rhonda did a phenomenal job from the start of the process to the end. She made sure all questions were answered and she explained the whole process thoroughly. Professionalism and knowledge were unmatched. She molded to my schedule to make sure she was always available to help in any way. I have known Rudy for more than 18 years now, and he is the best at what he does. He has helped me purchase my last three homes, and I wouldn't use any other realtor.
