I really like this dr she's very thorough. But I'm looking at switching because her staff is trash. Don't answer the phone, mad you have appointment, mad cause they have to work. And anything important will be handled with the care of someone that doesn't want to work. Paperwork is a 2 week process. Important prescription aren't important. I'm so tired of these careless doctors and staff here for only a paycheck.

Since their new staffing the communication is HORRIBLE now and it was never like this. I have been going here since i was child!! Every single time I need my doctor for something it’s get sweeped under the rug and i get sent to voicemal. They never return your call either.... It has been two week for mt to fill my script due them messing it up and nothing is being done. The receptionist here is AWFUL! I called and she left me on hold then hung up on me. I called back and when we finally finished discussing sending records somewhere else, she hung up on me again. No “have a good day.” “ thank you or bye” just ok and hung up

I finally found my primary doctor. This place is wonderful. The staff are all kind. This is the first doctor I've been to that listens, she takes really good care of her patients and I leave educated about my health and steps I need to take to ensure it. They offer many services at their clinic, which I am so grateful for. They are very quick, also! Super on top of everything. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Dr.Montoya Is a blessing. A great clinic for women.
