Montoya is absolutely by all means a horrible place to rent from. The office staff is terrible, maintenance their is none. My unit has been in need of repairs since I moved in and still have not been completed. Can not have friends over as to much noise, you get complained on. I have been there long enough to see for my own eyes people rent for a month or two and move out as they figure it out on their own. The application process is grueling and they give no one a chance.
