Montorio tried to sell us a house and force us to pay even when the house did not pass the city of Edmonton's life safety inspection and did not have occupancy. The sales manager Anil Somaia threatened to default us if we didn't pay when the house could not even be legally lived in. This is absolutely insane and no builder should be in business selling homes that cannot be legally lived in.
