Beautiful pool! I use the lap lanes, but there’s always kids and adults in there & not swimming. Lifeguards don’t say anything to them, so that kinda sucks. Gets crowded very quickly
I recently visited the newly renovated Montopolis Neighborhood Pool and was extremely disappointed with the experience. While the facility itself looks great, the customer service and treatment we received completely overshadowed the improvements. Throughout our visit, the lead lifeguard appeared to single out our family repeatedly. Very hypocritical staff . Seen my group of kids and kept blowing whistle about nothing literally kids being kids . Mind you we’re African American. Went to speak to manager of lifeguards. One of his workers was laughing in my face how rude. Very poor job at monitoring kids.
Is a great place but you have to wait 30 minutes to get back in
