Good but not for anyone with Children – There is no place for children to play or run. The swimming pool does not have fence so kids can not play in the back unless a parent is constantly watching. If kids play in front it does not look good for potential clients. The kids have been told not to play in the front of the building. School 3 blocks away a park 5 to 6 blocks away.
