We had a very positive experience with our landlord. They were friendly, respectful, and always responded quickly when we needed help. The property was well maintained, and any issues were addressed promptly. We appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them to other tenants.
So far, I’ve had a very good experience with Montlyn. I haven’t moved into my unit yet, but I had specific questions about my appliances, and Rachel made sure to help me and answer all of my concerns. My application was approved within a day, and the lease was signed quickly and smoothly. I’m looking forward to becoming one of their tenants. Will chance review accordingly to experience.
