Brendon was absolutely amazing. He fully explained everything that I was going to need and explained what I should expect throughout the sale. I found Brendon to be uber patient! With both me and the escrow from hell (it took much longer to close than first thought due to drama on the side of the seller). Also, his follow through was the bomb. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.
We had a house to sell in AZ, but lived in GA. Brendon was totally prepared when we met and we agreed to list with him on the spot. He worked with us as we prepared the property for sale—raked leaves, helped organize a garage sale, provided his truck and trailer for donations and disposals, arranged to supervise movers and sold several leftover pieces of furniture.
