Overall good experience. Rent is really cheap & you pay electric thats it cant beat that. Cameras inside and out of building. Cold AC. Manager is really fair and a understanding. Maintenance guy always there to fix things. Only reason i moved out is because i found a house

LIARS, ROACHES AND THIEVES LIVE HERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE Too bad for me I did not heed the advise DRE 1974 gave. I saw this and asked the manager about roaches. I took this apartment on 2/1/14. This winter was so bad I didn't actually get completely moved in until about March 1st. 1 week before I came home to a "roach prevention" note on my door with instructions and a date they were coming to spray. I thought this was a red flag but I packed me and my cat up an we left for the day (3/5/14) to get away from that toxic crap. 1 week later I saw the 1st roach in my bedroom. 2 days later I go to make myself some rice and I knocked the bag over and it spilled onto my counter, there must'... read more
