This used to be a nice place to live but I'm just sick and tired of the constant rent increases and the crime rising in this town. I could forgive the rent increases but this place is just old and rundown and not worth what they want for a crummy little apartment. Sick and tired of this. Sick of life in general and never having anything to look forward to anymore. Another rent increase??? No thanks. I'm done

Awful place. My door was broken for months and they refused to fix it. I put in 6 separate requests for it. I had to put a chair in front of it to keep it closed and it was never resolved. The sinks regularly started flooding with black sludge randomly, and the windows jammed all the time. There was a mold problem that was never fixed and to top it off, they've sent me to collections almost 2 years after I moved out over money I do not owe and they have refused to provide any sort of itemized receipt or proof of what im bein... read more

This apt has so much roaches!! They charge you for spraying and doesn’t even work on roaches. This is a crappy place to live. It’s also so hard to call the front desk. It’s very frustrating!!
