Very bad living experience at this apartment, do not recommend. The appliances were very outdated, the carpets were absolutely disgusting and full of animal urine that should have been torn out after the previous tenants. Everything was filthy as if it were never even cleaned a little. Management is no good, they somehow lost a lot of our records, such as deposit. While I'd like to say you get what you pay for, I still feel these apartments should be much less expensive given their condition. My experience living here was very disappointing. I dealt with a persistent roach problem for my entire lease. Management did not seem to view it as a serious issue and only sent pest control every few months, which never fully resolved the infestation. My biggest issue was the gnats. Did not return deposit to my son because said it was for “cleaning” fees. But yet the place was a roach motel that smelled like weed. Horrible place and they decided to run the AC and utilities apparently constantly, due to my son forgetting to disconnect, and therefore he had a huge bill to pay even after he had been home for over a month. Would not recommend.

One of, if not the worst, apartment complexes to live in. The water is constantly shut off days at a time for maintenance, and the apartment management absolutely refuses to make any changes or offer compensation for the lack of water.
