One of, if not the worst, apartment complexes to live in. The water is constantly shut off days at a time for maintenance, and the apartment management absolutely refuses to make any changes or offer compensation for the lack of water.
Management is super friendly and maintenance is always super quick to get us taken care of! Convenient location!
overpriced for what you get, and the management won't work with you if they stand to gain by not doing so.
To preface, the people that work at Monticello both in the office and for maintenance are phenomenal people and very pleasant to interact with. That being said there are so many issue with living here i cant begin to count, the biggest offender being the fact that despite having our water shut off more times than i can count on one hand during my lease, but also the fact that we are left without hot water for multiple days in a row (4 days as of writing this), this is the biggest red flag in my opinion.
