Did not return deposit to my son because said it was for “cleaning” fees. But yet the place was a roach motel that smelled like weed. Horrible place and they decided to run the AC and utilities apparently constantly, due to my son forgetting to disconnect, and therefore he had a huge bill to pay even after he had been home for over a month. Would not recommend.
Where the roof go?
One of, if not the worst, apartment complexes to live in. The water is constantly shut off days at a time for maintenance, and the apartment management absolutely refuses to make any changes or offer compensation for the lack of water.
Management is super friendly and maintenance is always super quick to get us taken care of! Convenient location!
overpriced for what you get, and the management won't work with you if they stand to gain by not doing so.
