They've washed & detailed literally HUNDREDS of vehicles in our fleet for us over the last 30 years. Great people, amazing service, very accommodating. Literally hundreds - never had a hiccup, never any damage, all perfect.
Stay away!! Damages after detail!! Took 2 cars to get full detailed that cost $180 each. My 2018 car came back with these marks on top of the rear bumper. It looks like they left a brush on top of the bumper and closed the trunk and crushed it. I went back the next morning and the detailer claimed that was there before the detail. I have taken my car to the Monticello Car Wash for years. Twice now they have put non-synthetic oil in my car despite being serviced there for years. Then it is an issue when I want the right oil put in my car. Used to be a great place to take my car.
I just had my car cleaned and Fernando would not let me leave until my car was up to his standards! Thank you so much for your extra effort!
I dropped my car off Friday at 4:30. Saturday they call me and say they need more time. The lady told me to pick it up before 2pm on Sunday. They closed long before 2pm and didn’t even give me a Curtsey call. I will NEVER use them again. Terrible customer service.
