THEY CLAIM THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MAINTENANCE TO FIX ISSUES IN YOUR APARTMENT, BUT THEY MAKE SURE THEY HAVE PEOPLE PAINTING THESE RAGGEDY A** APARTMENTS ON THE OUTSIDE SO THEY CAN RAISE RENT.
