boardwalk is much better – What they show and say when you move in is not what you get. They tell you the gate is always closed for security- it never worked the entire year my daughter stayed there. She moved to cobwebs broken oven door - broken table. They were told they would fix it in August. Tehy went back and told them every 2 weeks. Ivisited in Octoberand everything was still broken. Do NOT live here. Management FAIL – I've lived here for a year now and things have gone from bad to worse. When I first moved in they "mixed up my move-in date" so my room was not ready. I ended up sleeping in the living room for four days waiting for them to get my room ready to be occupied. For the first month of occupation, I was not receiving my mail. Turns out they gave me the wrong mailbox and address, so someone else got all my mail for a month forcing me to change credit cards and be paranoid over secure information ... read more
