This is a terrible place to live; after you move out, they won't return your deposit and will even try to bill you for some alleged violation—be careful.
Imagine moving to a place that has no concern for their tenants health from having plumbing and leaking issues nearly every other month to mold issues and staff that covers up the issues with band-aid fixes. For the most part maintenance is always courteous but can only do so much within their means. I came for a weekend to visit with family living in the community. Their AC was loud and not working properly the entire weekend. My family has made several complaints, submitted work tickets for multiple months, only to have quick fixes with no solution, tickets CLOSED with no contact/repair attempted and a maintenance team without proper HVAC knowledge. I have been a resident for a little over 2 years, and have loved it for the most part. I have had some small issues that have had very timely resolutions. HOWEVER, for the past 6 and a half months we have had ongoing HVAC Issues. We have reported issues repeatedly with little to no resolution. For example, the maintenance manager put in the portal stating it’s been “resolved” and he never even came out to check the system on more than one occasion!
