we just moved in a week ago from out of town, and so far it’s been underwhelming and kind of disappointing. Having recently moved out, I can confidently say that Monticello at Town Center was a wonderful place to call home. Its central location in little old Hampton, Virginia makes it incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and other local attractions. The community is generally quiet and friendly, with residents who are respectful and tend to keep to themselves. I like the community it is very welcoming and the ladies in the office are great. Lillian, Na’Lyssah, Sierra and Lisa were awesome. They all made me feel very comfortable and at home while visiting, touring and moving into the community.
We have loved living here so far. From Na’lyssah helping us with the tour, application, and lease to the smooth move in process to JaVon Smith then who helped us with some routine maintenance in our apartment. Everyone has been so kind and helpful.
