I came for a weekend to visit with family living in the community. Their AC was loud and not working properly the entire weekend. My family has made several complaints, submitted work tickets for multiple months, only to have quick fixes with no solution, tickets CLOSED with no contact/repair attempted and a maintenance team without proper HVAC knowledge. I have been a resident for a little over 2 years, and have loved it for the most part. I have had some small issues that have had very timely resolutions. HOWEVER, for the past 6 and a half months we have had ongoing HVAC Issues. We have reported issues repeatedly with little to no resolution. For example, the maintenance manager put in the portal stating it’s been “resolved” and he never even came out to check the system on more than one occasion! I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! My apartment is beautiful, and the property is always clean, well-maintained, and inviting. The staff is friendly, professional, and great at communicating and problem-solving whenever something comes up. A special shoutout to Nalyssah, who is always so kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make residents feel taken care of! I also love the resident events they host.
