I wish I could give this apartment complex 0 stars. Every single year it's a new issue, and after everything we've experienced, I would never recommend living here. Since moving in, my car has been stolen, and both my husband's car and mine have been broken into multiple times. We've dealt with smashed windows, stolen cash and belongings, and constant concerns about the lack of security. On top of that, this complex charges residents for everything. Did a tour and was scheduled to move in. The first day in the apartment 5 roaches were seen crawling on the walls.Immediately asked to be let out the current lease and moved elsewhere. Too expensive to have roaches as roommates.
Our daughter has not had a functioning air conditioning system for about half the time she's lived there (3+ months). She reports that the on site maintenance personnel are very nice and have repeatedly tried to fix it, but it's obvious the management needs to hire a licensed HVAC technician to address the issues. Would any of the managers be content to live without AC for weeks at a time, only to have it repeatedly fail? They are wasting the time of their own maintenance team who have tried several repairs to keep the syste... read more

**Updated Review** I'm a couple of years in with MTC now & my sentiments are the same!! Amazing staff!! The first impression is lasting!! “First impressions last a lifetime.” From my initial contact, Lisa, the girls in the office, as well as maintenance have been the best! Always pleasant & compassionate. I love it here!!
