We just moved out of our apartment into our new house, followed the 60 day notice and payed out last rent on time and just got our notice to pay $1222 after we spent 3 days cleaning our 2 bath 2 bedroom apartment. We have one dog, an Australian Shepard they shed like crazy and we had the pet fee waived because he is an emotional support animal and a newborn baby who lived their for 1 year but we were living their for 2 years in total. Pool was Beautiful! Rooms were so clean I felt comfortable taking off my socks! Beautiful well kept apartment with all the amenities I needed!
