I have never experienced this type of lifestyle/living arrangement, and was initially a little bit nervous. We have 3 pets, and this is too many for most rental agencies or properties. We spoke with Ariyanna initially, and when I brought up the pets, she was delighted and said they LOVE pets! I booked an appointment to see a property immediately. I lived at Monticelllo at Powhatan for nine years. I cannot find the . words to properly describe what a wonderful place this is. The office staff and the maintenance crew joined together to create a home away from home for all the residents. All my concerns were met with courteous and prompt attention. I will miss it.
Questions? Concerns? Less than an hour between the request and the repair. Your staff member was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done. In my prior trade, if I had a dozen like him I would hire them all. Thanks! You guys/girls/women/whatever are at the top of your game!
