5 stars all the way around for me. The property and units are extremely clean and well maintained. The staff and manager, Natrese are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Its in a great location, that's walking distance to the beach, wetlands, stores and restaurants. The community is great, lots of friendly happy people live here. And, its such a safe place to live, I sleep with my windows open. 5 STARS!!!
I love living here. It is a beautiful place to call home and close to the beach which is wonderful. Any time I need anything the staff take care of me. They treat you like family here. I love Natrese and Bob, they work so hard here and quickly take care of your requests. They keep the place beautiful and inviting and they go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. You guys are the best. Thank you so much for all you do. You are truly amazing.
Applied for an apartment. The property manager of the apartment I lived at three years ago was on vacation so couldn’t verify my rental history until he was back in the office and was thus denied based on not being able to verify rental history instead of waiting for my old manager to be back in office. Waste of $40 application fee
This review is for Amanda the property manager, My gf and I had been out on a Sat looking at local apartment complexes and 99% were SLUMS. We came for our tour and and left for maybe 20 mins after mulling it over she decided to take the unit at Monticello. Amanda was very helpful and easy to work with she made this super easy and put up with moody state. This place is nice and my gf is settled in fast this was by far an easy move and having dealt with Amanda was GREAT. Kudos to Bob the onsite maintenance guy he is super nice... read more
