Great neighbors, Great place to live!!!!!!
Have liv ed here for 11 years. The apartments are a classic 1960/70 style with lovely greenery, convenient floor plans and parquet floors that are beautifully cleaned and finished with every new tennant. Any time we have had a problem, the management/maintenance staff have responded in a fair timeframe. They are apologetic if they seem to be taking a bit too long. Be careful with this place. For starters you share laundry machines, which every building does not have, so for some you are sharing 1-2 sets of laundry machines between 2 buldings / 24 apartments that also require quarters. Many residents also will take up all the machines making laundry a pain in the butt to do. The owner is also a low life.
