This store has a policy of turning the lights out on shoppers 10 minutes before closing. This is dangerous for elderly, people with night blindness and anyone with a mobility device. I called the shop and because nobody has fallen or had an accident in their 20 years of turning off the lights on shoppers they stand behind this policy. I also find it extremely rude.
