TL;DR, Vet's office performed surgery on dog, forgot they performed surgery on dog, lost dog at one appointment, and ended another appointment with injuries to both staff and dog entirely due to their own incompetence. I very strongly encourage avoiding this vet's office. No one should leave feeling the way I do after a visit today because of staff's incompetence. RecommendedSaved my elderly dog Patches a few years back from an unknown blood issue. I will continue using Monticello animal hospital for all my pet needs. The staff would refer to her as the miracle dog
Totally read my 11 week old puppy’s X-ray wrong and specifically said no broken bones and thought it was a torn ligament. Imagine my complete surprise when we got back home and my vet looked at THEIR x-rays and report where it clearly states and showed 2 bones broken. She has since had surgery and hopefully will make a full recovery.
Compassionate and caring staff. Very good with hyper dog, I was surprised that they didn’t have to sedate her to take sutures out. They were able to keep her calm a still... I have no idea how cause she’s crazy ! We will be taking our other critters to them as well!
We normally see Dr Jewel our fur babies love her, this past Friday I was blown away, we seen Dr Hageman, who acted like he was scared of my 6 month old pomsky puppy. The bedside manner was very distant, our puppy who loves everyone wasn't familiar with him or the masks everyone was wearing so he did growl but didn't lunge or show teeth or anything. The staff and amazing doctors make you feel very comfortable and confident. They are the only place I will bring my babies and they are great with special or odd cases. Can’t recommend them enough!!!
They were very kind to my dog. Answered all of my questions. Front desk was also very helpful.
We had our first visit there this morning. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with big smiles. The staff are amazing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
