Great group of Dr’s and techs. They saved my dog’s life and were always there for us. Always returned calls and always followed up. Can’t say enough for these great folks.
No group of vets or staff care more than these guys!!! Always up to date on the latest treatments and very professional! Never have to wait more than a couple of hours to be seen!!! If emergent they get you in promptly! Thank you to everyone from the front desk to the techs!!!
Friendly staff, Dr. Andersen is awesome. They always are helpful on the phone and when at the clinic. They've cared for my dog for over 9 years, and I would go nowhere else!!
Monticello Animal Hospital has taken great care of my dogs and helped us through the hardest decision in letting my dog pass. They arranged cremation through Paws and Remember (also impressed) without needing anything from us but a signature in advance. Handled everything with grace and peace, making the difficult situation better.
Monticello Animal Hospital has been a wonderful place to take our pets for care. They're always friendly and clearly love animals. Recently my dog had severe heat stroke, and thanks to their quick response, and attentive care he's made it through and is back to his goofy, loving self. I can not recommend this vet enough!!
Dr. Rose always has your animal's best interest in mind. My poor guinea hen's leg was broken and dislocated. The staff took gentle care of her and she left this world pain free. Thank you all for your compassion.
Past due on Thank You for care of our Rudy who passed 12/27/17. We moved to Charlottesville 2015 and so thankful we found Monticello Animal Hospital. Rudy loved the staff, Wonderful care and consideration of animals, and to us people too. Thank you in particular to Justine, receptionist, and Dr. Heilmeier. Highly recommend.
