We booked a Month2Month property in Los Angeles for a multi‑month stay (over $12k) and it was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve had. The house was not guest‑ready on arrival: dirty floors, dusty surfaces, hair and debris in corners, and bathrooms that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. One star is too generous for this company. They lie on their listings stating amenities are present that are not. We were at a beach house and there were not even beach towels. Some of the few products placed in the house stated “not authorized for use in the United States.” I have never seen management cut so many corners (even the coffee maker did not work). This company should be put out of business. It was so bad that we got a refund from Airbnb.
this company is renting out unpermitted STR property here in Nuevo Ca. the last bunch of a holes that rented the place had a large party (45 people, a taco cart, live band, get the picture? cars everywhere, just generally causing chaos on our court. the topper, one of the ahole renters had nerve to come to my house and tell me from 7-10 there would be lots of noise and nothing we could do about it. WRONG DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR PROPERTY TO MONTH2MONTH
