I had some fender and bumper damage from a hit and run incident. Both Jonathan and Steven were AMAZING from day 1! They answered my questions, walked me through the paperwork, and gave me a tour of the facility. They were quick to assess the damage and order the needed parts. They even took care of dealing with the insurance company. I couldn't be happier with the end result and the service throughout... Almost makes me wish I had another accident(almost). YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!
From the moment I walked in with my damaged car, I knew I was in good hands. Steve himself greeted me and took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend this body shop. The first minute I spoke to Steve I knew he was very confident at what he does. No other body shop seemed to be very sure about how they were going to fix the car door. He also gave us the best price out of everyone. Steve was able to get us in for an appointment faster than any other shop. We had to go out of town for an emergency and Steve got the car back to us earlier because of it.
