This dealership was very friendly, and they paid great attention to my concerns. The technician sent a video showing me what he found which was very helpful. My car was fixed and the issue was fixed, and a follow-up text was sent from Jay Hearn to make sure everything was okay. Thanks Guys

Came in to have windshield wipers replaced. Also need to have lug nuts on rear passenger side checked and tightened. Despite not having scheduled appt, Jay Hearn assisted me with kindness and efficiency! He did a great job and I am grateful for his competent service!

I always have a good experience with Montgomeryville Nissan. Starting in early 2020, when a Christmas Eve rain storm caused a tree to fall on and total my 6-month-old Nissan lease, they we so helpful and accommodating with a replacement lease. I trust their technicians completely. The service staff are friendly and don’t try to oversell you. The shop is immaculate and comfortable. They offer complimentary beverages (I believe snacks too).
