I always have a good experience with Montgomeryville Nissan. Starting in early 2020, when a Christmas Eve rain storm caused a tree to fall on and total my 6-month-old Nissan lease, they we so helpful and accommodating with a replacement lease. I trust their technicians completely. The service staff are friendly and don’t try to oversell you. The shop is immaculate and comfortable. They offer complimentary beverages (I believe snacks too). I switched from Jenkintown to Montgomeryville Nissan because of their friendly and helpful service department. All of their service reps are welcoming and attentive throughout your service appt. One of my favorite service reps is Jay. He gives great service and is one of the reasons I continue coming back.
Went for an oil change, tire rotation, front brakes, and a recall notice. Their brake pricing was good so I added the rear brakes because they were going to be needed soon. Since they had all the wheels off it was logical to include the inspection. A lot of work to be done and they got it done in what I feel was a reasonable amount of time, just over 3 hours (I was waiting there). Price wasn't off the scale either. I had the greatest counter gentlemen when I visited. They were professional yet very accommodating and friendly! These are the kind of folks that make you want to come back! I was enamored with the video tour of everything that was checked out and told what each area and what was being considered! I had my car inspected! What a great job!!!! I’m coming back for service due! Thanks folks! Y’all were super!
The work, the people, everything was excellent. I appreciate all that they did. The service was outstanding.
