Wonderful experience when visiting this dealership. My specific salesperson was Sydney and she was amazing. Very friendly, professional and seemed well organized. I would highly recommend making a purchase here. Also usually when making purchases like a vehicle it can take all day. We were in and out in about 2-3 hours.

I called the service department because my check engine light came on in my 2023 Outlander. I explained that I saw Mitsubishi had issued a service notice for this issue and that it should be a quick 40-minute fix. Instead of listening, the service rep cut me off and said, “I have many people in front of me, so tell me what you want.” When I said I needed to bring the car in, he told me to drop it off and that they were already 3 weeks behind—with zero effort to offer a solution, appointment, or even basic courtesy. I was there for manufacture recall on my Mitsubishi Outlander and was confusing because they share the lots with Acura and Nissan. They had nobody on site when I came for my appointment at 9am. I called the number posted at the door, yet I had to wait for ~15 minutes before I was approached a gentleman from Acura. He helped me and drove me to Nissan at the back lot that services Nissan and Mitsubishi. He made sure that somebody will attend to my appointment. They had me drive over an hour and no one was there, not one person and their lil tiny trailer for an office was closed. When I arrived they had like 10 cars for sale on their lot. The Kia I came to look at was really damaged. Not like small dings and dents but huge. In the photos advertised were no issues but in person I noticed them from a far distance. Jamie and her team were wonderful! They answered all my questions and were able to get me into the car I wanted. I would highly recommend them (especially Jamie) to any of my friends and/or family that are in the market for a vehicle and wouldn't settle for anything less than the best. Five out of five stars!
