I was there for manufacture recall on my Mitsubishi Outlander and was confusing because they share the lots with Acura and Nissan. They had nobody on site when I came for my appointment at 9am. I called the number posted at the door, yet I had to wait for ~15 minutes before I was approached a gentleman from Acura. He helped me and drove me to Nissan at the back lot that services Nissan and Mitsubishi. He made sure that somebody will attend to my appointment. They had me drive over an hour and no one was there, not one person and their lil tiny trailer for an office was closed. When I arrived they had like 10 cars for sale on their lot. The Kia I came to look at was really damaged. Not like small dings and dents but huge. In the photos advertised were no issues but in person I noticed them from a far distance.
