Fabulous service! I called from Tennessee to get a congratulations surprise sent to my son at his work in Durham. Montgomery's gave me terrific advice and delivered it to his desk that day within a couple of hours! WONDERFUL!
FRAUDULENT CHARGES were made on my debit card TWICE. I called the owner, Judy, to get this cleared up. This awful woman refused to help and hung up on me. I’ve turned the issue over to the FRAUD DIVISION of my bank. Get your flowers somewhere else!
In September, I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mom at her hotel room, she is pursuing a doctorate degree at Duke and has to go once or twice a semester. (We live in Utah, she does classes online) I ordered the flowers around noon and asked they be delivered before she left for the airport the following day. SHE NEVER GOT THEM. It was soooo disheartening because all I was trying to do was do a nice thing to let my mother know I appreciated all her hard work. When I called to verify location of delivery the rude woman on the phone said, "I don't see why you would need to know that." Well, because I need to know what address was left on file so that I can be at the right location as I am picking them up for the family whose mother passed away! Then she told me to "HOLD on" when I started to ask another question. I will NEVER use them again.
