These apartments, where can I start…, the neighborhood is beautiful, but still, don't get carried away and get a contract here. The walls are so thin you can hear everything the other residents are saying, the flooring is so old you can hear others , and the smell of marijuana is everywhere. My suggestion is to think twice about moving into these places . There's no privacy at all. Think about it twice !

Living at Montgomery Trace Apartments has been such a positive experience! The community is always finding ways to bring residents together, and the recent pool party with vendors was such a fun event. It’s nice to see management put effort into making everyone feel welcome and creating opportunities to connect with neighbors. The vendors they brought in were fantastic—especially Lupita Lil Bites! It was a fun and amazing experience at the pool party. The service was excellent and my kids and I enjoyed all the snacks that were offered.
