Montgomery Theater is a smallish venue but it has good sound for concerts and plays. There is not a bad seat in the theater and the chairs are comfy. They have snacks and drinks for an ok price. Wish they validated parking or could park close by for a $5. flat rate all the time.
Beautiful venue. Historic building. I went to see The Rolling Stones there in 1963! Roller Derby in its hayday was held there also! Nice intimate venue -perfect for Vince Gill and Lyle Lovett show.
I loved the intimate setting of this theatre. The artists were easy to see, and the sound system was good. It's been many years since I attended an event here, and it's good to see that not much as changed.
The show was great! The seats are not staggered so I had to look around someone's head all night. They have warm chocolate chip cookies but the concessions guy pushed an old hard churro on me before I had a chance to ask my son if he really wanted one 😕So stay away from the churros!
Great show with delightful music. Very talented children. Lovely theatre.
