Another example where I am reminded to check reviews, and in this case too, what seem like pretty reasonable reviews, where other people were not involved in some major personal dispute with this provider, but sounds like they are just not very well run, maybe those that had good experiences just lucked out. Since I sent an email, I didn't ask for a call so I expected to get a response by email and not hear a criticism of my English after being forced to pick up my crying 6-year-old son from the camp.
Very professional and child focused…sent my two boys there for soccer and tennis excellent coaches and very understanding. Missed a class and I was able to use the credit the following session.
This is not a business which is focused on sports training rather than they want you to enroll and be flexible for their cancellations. My experience I have enrolled my kid for a tennis class and found out there were 13 odd kids for a single coach. As my kid did not like it as it is not at all engaging her in the sport rather wait for her turn to hit a ball which takes some time with 13 kids taking turns, I asked for a refund as the group of kids to a coach is way too many.
