WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – I TOOK 6 ITEMS 0N 4/11/2012 TO GET REPAIRED. ON 4/23 I CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY MERCHANDISE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE BEEN MEANING TO CALL ME TO GET AUTHORIZATION ON THE REPAIRS, SO MY MERCHANDISE HAD JUST BEEN SITTING THERE NOT BEING WORKED ON. THEY THEN TOLD ME THEY DID FIX 2 OF THE ITEMS AND SAID THE OTHER FOUR NEEDED MORE REPAIRS AND ASKED IF I WANTED THEM TO GO ON WITHOUT GIVING ME A DESCRIPTION OR A PRICE ON THE REPAIRS.
