Sandra was beyond amazing! She made getting my storage unit set up so easy. She was super informative, incredibly kind, and her attitude was absolutely outstanding. You can tell she truly cares about helping people. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, absolutely loved her!
Stupid hours of operation. Office is closed 3 days a week.
Sandra and her team are great and so easy to work with. Location is easy access, spaces are clean. I rented 3 units for a year, prices were the best around.
Sandra helped me out getting a unit it was a very good price couldn't beat. Very professional and they give you welcoming feel, will use this place for now on.
This place is horrible. I wish there was a no star option. Staff is horrible the lady refuses to listen and change the details so there for the payment didn’t go though and then locked us out and once the payment was made we were able to get though the gate but now dealing with a lock on the storage that the bill was paid the day prior. Due to this we are unable to get the MY ITEMS. She is absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
