I signed a contract with Rapid Fire and honestly at one point i thought about cancelling and just selling it to some family. after talking with John and Angeli i could tell they were serious about it so i decided to keep going. they handled everything smooth. Angeli explained what was needed for closing and even got it figured out so my brother’s wife and kids could sign even tho they were out of state. We got under contract at the amount I needed and closed right on time, just as agreed. Angeli kept me informed every step of the way—whether by email, call, or text. She made sure I knew exactly what to bring to closing and even looped me in with the closing paralegal when I needed to clarify a few things on my documents. Rapid Fire is awesome. I represented my parents in selling their home to them. Everyone was professional and treated us with dignity. Joe Saunders was the first person I came in contact with. Next was John Golden. Then there was Angeli Beslig, who helped me throughout the remaining entire process. She was great and deserves much praise.
