Very easy process. Rapid fire makes wholesale real estate purchasing easy. They are highly organized and efficient and provide the buyer and seller a smooth transition at the closing table.
Rapid Fire employees were awesome. The instructions to turn lights off etc as they found it and leave the house, not so much. I believe it was their foreman or buyer doing that. Other than that the closing and all went smoothly. Definitely was fast and in my situation worked out great. The lady I called Rapid Fire lady was always in touch and very informative and they always asked me if I had any questions. That is good business. Rapid Fire got it done for sure.
