They always cause problems with billing. It must be willful negligence.
This company continues to fraudulent double bill me for an ultra sound reading. They billed the insurance and the claim processed and I paid the amount I owed per the EOB. Then they re-billed another claim and my insurance reversed the first claim off and processed the second claim for a higher dollar amount. Those two different charges could not be billed together so that is why the first claim was reversed off by the insurance with me owing nothing on the first claim. Billing is ridiculous. I have bc/ bs. If you call you will not to speaking with someone with good English. The first I called I was hung up on because I said I can't understand you. Wow ok. You guys need do better, be better
The MD's are fine, I guess- I was unconscious at the time, so...- but the business office is absolutely in-line with most of the medical profession, unfortunately, in being completely tone-deaf regarding patient (CUSTOMER!) relations.
Terrible and rude staff. STAY AWAY.
