Billing is ridiculous. I have bc/ bs. If you call you will not to speaking with someone with good English. The first I called I was hung up on because I said I can't understand you. Wow ok. You guys need do better, be better
The MD's are fine, I guess- I was unconscious at the time, so...- but the business office is absolutely in-line with most of the medical profession, unfortunately, in being completely tone-deaf regarding patient (CUSTOMER!) relations.
Terrible and rude staff. STAY AWAY.
If I could give Zero stars, I would! First, about 2020 they sent me to collections. 3 days after I set up a payment plan with them. I've tried setting up a payment plan with them for current issue. Wasn't explained despite me telling them for automatic payments, so be aware this.
