I went to Montgomery Radiator, recommended by my local mechanic, to repair a leaking oil hose. They did the work, but when it was installed, it leaked. So they ordered a new hose (instead of a repaired one) and installed it. Of course, I had to pay for the bad hose AND the installation/removal. I thought 'no big deal, I'm sure I can return it'. The Montgomery Radiator manager on Catoma street was hostile, rude, unprofiessional, and basically threw my refund at me saying. "Lose my address." Absolutely rotten service, totally ... read more
