I have had the pleasure of working with Karen on not just 1, but 2 local properties. Her keen local sense of knowledge, industry trends at the mountain, and understanding of century-old homes, was invaluable in my search. From start to finish, I was thoroughly happy with my experience and would not hesitate to use this office again.

Completely incompetent. After silence for several months, Sarah tried keeping my $1k security deposit along with invoicing me an additional $1,200 for utility charges that she could not provide proof of. When I sent an email requesting copies of the bills I supposedly owed, she threatened litigation instead of sending me proof of debt validity. Save yourself some aggravation and rent from someone else.
We found montgomery properties when looking for land in northern VT. Karen is extremely knowledgable about the local area and was more than willing to go out of her way to learn more about properties we were interested in. She found us the property we ended up buying and, while we used a different buyers agent since she was also the sellers agent, we couldn't be more thankful for her help!
