The season of 2025 I dropped off two does for processing. The drop off/selection of what to choose was easy and quick. Saturday drop off, and picked up all of my meat the next weekend. Smoked sausage, ground with added beef, snack sticks, summer sausage, steaks from both deer, and roasts from one all nicely packaged and everything is delicious. I highly recommend Montgomery’s for processing! Affordable, and very good. I will bring my deer and hogs here from now on!
I've brought countless deer here for processing over the past 13 seasons and the service, communication, and quality of the work is always excellent. They've also done two shoulder mounts, as well as several euro mounts for me over the years. My friends and family use Montgomery's as well and I won't go anywhere else.
I walked in and asked to purchase some summer sausages. And the guy standing at the door said, "nothing for sale here".
He’s been doing my deer processing for a couple of years now since my previous one became sub standard. He does a nice job and is reasonably priced. We just have basic processing done and no frills. I hear that his sausage is very good.
Located in Waco, conviently just off Hwy. 6 ,about 5 miles from I-35 Don and his staff give excellent service and my meat has always been well prepared and packaged vaccum sealed. Prices are very reasonable.
