My experience dealing with Terry Graves has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Basic communication is handled with unnecessary attitude, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of respect. Attempts to address legitimate concerns in person were met with rude behavior rather than solutions. This is not how a manager should conduct themselves—especially when representing a property and interacting with current or future residents. I've lived at 860 Bush Street for almost two years now. The building is clean and well-maintained, and the location is unbeatable. But what sets this place apart is the exceptional service provided by Robyn, the community leader and building manager. Robyn goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy and comfortable. She's always available to answer questions or address concerns promptly. I have lived in the Bush Street Apartments in SF for almost 9 years. The Property Managers have always been lovely and helpful, and the property is well maintained (which can’t be easy for such an old building!) The location can’t be beat. Special thanks to our PM Robyn for her kindness and professionalism.

I moved into the Bush st apartments in 2021 and have had a good experience there. The location is very central (a couple blocks from Union Square), the laundry room is a big plus, and the rental price is very reasonable for the location. I have very friendly neighbours, and the building manager always responds very quickly to any concerns. She has been very helpful to me and has always swiftly made adjustments to the building when needed.
