Saw Dr. Chandler at his new office on the Baptist East campus. Very convenient first building on the right, one level, parking right outside. The office is state of the art and soooo much better than going to South. So happy to see Tammy, Rebecca and Dr. Chandler again in a beautiful new office. State of the art CT Scanner too. Dr. Chandler is the BEST sinus surgeon in Montgomery! Go see him!
I waited for one hour and 20 minutes before I was called in, but it wasn't busy that morning at all. Only 2 other patients were there. The most frustrating thing was even after a week of my visit, my pharmacy didn't receive any prescription from their office! I called them twice - asking the nurse to send my prescription to my pharmacy because I needed the medication. I never experienced this level of carelessness and irresponsibility from any other doctor's office before. I am not going to see them again or recommend anyone... read more
