Terrible medical practice , Total neglect of a patient. Myself. I was referred to them by my general practitioner only to take 6 weeks to get in for my first visit. Misdiagnosed my condition and had to wait another 7 weeks for the second visit. Only for them to tell me the wrong information. Went to another doctor and he treated me immediately. I am glad that I did not lose my hearing all together because of their neglect. I don't understand how they can pass a nurse off as a doctor
Receptionist in the front are friendly. Nurses in the back are not. The doctor only stayed in there about 5 minutes with me and barely addressed my problems. Felt rushed. Won’t be back. Not worth the time.
They would not see my 93 grandma for being late dude to an accident. Highly do not recommend.
