It has been almost a month since my last Appointment, which I had to wait over 2 hours. I am still waiting for Pam to call me ,to set up my Surgery for my back. They should have every thing them by now, I am going to give them another week, and nothing happens ,I will look for another Doctor . I am losing faint with them.

Manage your expectations! FYI: When Dr W. was there, he was very professional and technically proficient. That said, the front office seems very disjointed and unreliable. When told Dr W was no longer there, I came by to pick up my MRI; that I received walk-in from another service, using my own insurance. They, front office, told me they could not release My MRI back to me; something they had done times before. Would not tell me why, just 'we cannot give it to you'. The wait at this place is ridiculous, over one hour and a half to be called back….you guys need to do better with ppls time.

I went to their office and completed a HIPPA form Feb 12 to have my records sent to another doctor. I was told at the time it would take 7-10 days. I thought at the time that was awful long. I contacted them again Mar 3 and was told by the person that does the records that it takes 7-15 business days and they are only open 4 days a week and proceeded to tell me she only does records requests on Tuesday and Thursday and my request is only 12 business days old. Perhaps the most unprofessional medical practice in Montgomery! I was referred to them for scoliosis consultation. They never called to schedule an appointment now did they call me back as promised. Moreover, once finally scheduled, I was told that I was responsible for obtaining my MRI results. I told them that I felt it was there responsibility to make these arrangements. They refused my request and cancelled the appointment. Never again!
