I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt after reading all the negative reviews, but my experience with the nurses and front desk staff was awful. I went to Birmingham to have my surgery, and the experience was excellent, and far exceeded this place.

This is the most unorganized medical office I think I’ve ever encountered. From scheduling to billing they’re completely unorganized, if you have choice, chose another practice.
It has been almost a month since my last Appointment, which I had to wait over 2 hours. I am still waiting for Pam to call me ,to set up my Surgery for my back. They should have every thing them by now, I am going to give them another week, and nothing happens ,I will look for another Doctor . I am losing faint with them.
