They don’t know what they’re doing nor care. Go some where else. Report them to your insurance even though it’s a Medicaid office. You’re forced to use them since there is only 2. But pick the other one. They don’t install them correctly and everything falls apart.
Had my braces on for a very long time, almost two years longer than originally planned.
