If I could put zero stars, I would. This store should not be in business. They took my wedding ring in, I asked for beads so it would stop spinning. They didn't put the beads, the resized it and removed the engraving from my wedding 10 years prior. I was beyond upset. It's never going to be the same. But that's not all, they also ruined an antique bracelet that I asked them to shorten (cut the silver and round the edges) - a Carol Felley amethyst bracelet - one of a kind. They ruined it.
