We love this place. We go here for the ribs and onion straws. Absolutely fantastic food. The service is great and the prices were fair. The valet parking is very convenient.

Montgomery Inn---cold food – I have never been to a restaurant that lives off its laurels like this place does. The last two times I've been there it was horrible. The first time e placed our order and never saw our waitress again--I had to ask the reservations desk for the bill. The food was barely warm. This last time I had a cold baked potato with my meal---by the time I got it back everyone at out table was finished eating.

Bad experience, nothing like the Cinci locations! – I want to start out by first saying that I have been a huge fan of the Montgomery Inn for many, many years in Cincinnati. In the summer I even purchased their sauce to barbecue with. When I travel to Cincinnati for business I typically entertain clients at the Boathouse and have never had a poor experience there. Best restaurant in the Columbus area – I love the Montgomery inn. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is impeccable and the food is cooked to perfection. I had the Caesar Salmon Salad and my husband had a Steak. There were no complaints. The bread is brought in fresh from an italian bakery. I would love to see them offer wheat rolls or a loaf of whole grain bread, as this is my preference.

rude employees – Management and employees. I complained to management about the complaints listed in this paragrah. He told me I was rude nasty person. And I have a reputation of being a pest.I demanded a refund after I paid for a meal and his response. I got a refund for the meal. And not want to come back. Below what I told him. Horrible service at two locations - January and Februrary 2009 – Shocking level of service twice this year! At both the Boathouse and original locaitons, servers were rude and condescending. During two occasions, items were forgotten, tables were not checked on, but both waitresses were so pleasant when they brought over the check at the end of the meal! BEST RESTAURANT WE HAVE BEEN TO IN YEARS – I was at the Montgomery Inn and everything we ordered made our taste buds dance with exceitment. Our server met every need and was very informative about the menu. We come into Cincy about 8 times a year and now will always make a point to have dinner there. Also we were able to pick up some info about their banquet rooms. BEAUTIFUL.

Try Burbanks for the real deal – disgusting! Reheated, precooked food, sauce so sweet it could be a dessert, but it sure don't belong on ribs. Expensive and pretentious to boot. Come on, Cincinnati, what are you thinking!?

best spot in Northern KY for lunch or dinner – I eat at MI Ft Mitchell weekly. Great ,attentive service. Excellent soups, salads and the house made specails are right on the spot. About the same price as the big chains, but wayyyy better.
