My experience with this agency was terrible. Annette Davis signs contracts and disregards what she signs. She did not care if I had an aide in place or not. She also ignores telephone calls about why she didn't let me know that no aide was coming. Her husband said he would tell her I called and she never called me. I felt very disrespected on many telephone calls to and from her.
