I have never had such a TERRIBLE experience in my life compared to the nightmare Kathy had created. She was so pushy with her client and promised so many things to her that it was a disaster for us to even get out of the property in a timely manner. This Kathy lady made it a rotten experience for a family of 5 to vacate a property to accommodate her client. I would give her a 0 for professionalism.
