Great people, great service, even greater prices.
They did a great job but communication was a little less than expected. I live in MO and my mom lives at the jobsite in AR so I requested that they communicate with me, not her since I am paying. Each time they forgot and communicated with my mom so I had to wait for the bill to come in the mail to know what was done by their techs. But I still give them a 5 star review because they do great work, stand by what they do, come on time or call if not and know what they are doing.
Montgomery, and all it's employees that I've dealt with, are the most polite, responsive, professional and technically astute of any service company I've dealt with. 9⁹T ME TOO 9
Had heat pump go out over the weekend. Talked to Jason and he worked me in first thing on Monday. Kyle always does a great job… very knowledgeable and friendly tech! Highly recommend Montgomery!!
